📬 How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Use our Contact Us form or email orders@dvd-shop.online with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your return is eligible within 1 business day.

Pack Your Item

Place the DVD(s) back in secure packaging. Include a note with your order number inside the parcel so we can match it to your account quickly.

Ship It Back

Send the parcel to the return address we provide by email. We recommend using a tracked service — return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refund Issued

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email.

ℹ️ All used DVDs are graded and described accurately before listing. If you feel the condition does not match the description, contact us — we'll always find a fair resolution.

💶 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe). Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days after we have confirmed receipt of your return, though some banks may take slightly longer to process the credit.

If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong title, we will cover the full cost of the return postage and issue a complete refund including your original shipping charge.

⚠️ Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the buyer's responsibility and will not be included in the refund amount.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different title, simply return the unwanted item following the steps above for a refund, then place a new order for the title you want. This ensures your new item is dispatched as quickly as possible.

How long do I have to return an item?

Who pays for return postage?

If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong title, we cover return postage. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for postage costs.

My DVD arrived cracked — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Email us with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

When will my refund appear in my account?

Once we confirm receipt of your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to credit the amount.

Can I return a used DVD if I don't like it?

Yes, as long as it is returned within 30 days in the same condition it was sent and with original packaging. Change-of-mind returns are accepted.
