Once we receive and inspect the returned item
Use our Contact Us form or email orders@dvd-shop.online with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your return is eligible within 1 business day.
Place the DVD(s) back in secure packaging. Include a note with your order number inside the parcel so we can match it to your account quickly.
Send the parcel to the return address we provide by email. We recommend using a tracked service — return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe). Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days after we have confirmed receipt of your return, though some banks may take slightly longer to process the credit.
If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong title, we will cover the full cost of the return postage and issue a complete refund including your original shipping charge.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different title, simply return the unwanted item following the steps above for a refund, then place a new order for the title you want. This ensures your new item is dispatched as quickly as possible.
